We specialize in the sale of tattoo equipment, pigments, consumables, and accessories throughout Europe. As an Estonian business, we strictly comply with EU e-commerce regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, the Omnibus Directive for price transparency, and GDPR for data protection).
This page provides clear and comprehensive information regarding payment methods, shipping, timelines, costs, and risks to help you navigate your purchase. All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT (where applicable). The total cost of the order, including shipping, is displayed in the cart before confirmation. 1. Payment
We offer secure and convenient payment methods that comply with EU standards (PSD2 for payments and PCI DSS for card protection). All transactions are processed through trusted providers, such as Revolut (Estonian IBAN/BIC for bank transfers) and integrated payment gateways. We do not store your card details — they are transmitted directly to the payment provider.
Available Payment Methods:

Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. We accept cards from all EU/EEA countries. Payment is instantaneous.

Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay (for mobile devices).

Bank Transfer: Via Revolut or SEPA transfer (IBAN: LT40 3250 0517 9431 8102, BIC: REVOLT21). Order confirmation occurs once funds are received (usually 1–3 business days).

Other Options: For B2B clients (registered businesses), deferred payment invoices may be available by prior arrangement (requires a signed contract). We do not accept cryptocurrency or cash.
Important Payment Details:

Currency: All payments are in EUR. If your card is in another currency, your bank may charge a conversion fee; this is not the responsibility of Tattooed OÜ.

Security: Transactions are protected by SSL encryption. We are not liable for fraudulent activity unless you report suspicious behavior to us immediately.

Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with your order details after payment. If payment fails (insufficient funds, bank refusal), the order will be canceled automatically.

VAT and Taxes: For EU private customers, VAT is included (Estonian rate — 22%). For B2B customers with a valid VAT number, the reverse charge mechanism applies (0% VAT). Customers outside the EU/EEA are solely responsible for customs duties and local taxes.

Order Cancellation: If you change your mind before the order is dispatched, contact us within 1 hour for a full refund. Once dispatched, our Return Policy applies.

2. Delivery
We ship across Europe (EU, EEA, including Ukraine as an associated partner) via verified logistics partners. Delivery is initiated only after full payment (except for B2B clients with pre-approved invoicing). The risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the carrier (in accordance with Estonian law and Directive 2011/83/EU). We pack all items securely, but we strongly recommend inspecting the package upon arrival.
Available Delivery Methods:

Courier Services: DPD, UPS, DHL, GLS. Select your preferred carrier in the cart based on your address.

Standard Shipping: Door-to-door delivery, tracking included.

Express Shipping: Available for urgent orders (additional fee, 2–5 business days).

Self-Pickup: Available only from our warehouse in Tallinn, Estonia, or designated partner points (by prior arrangement). Requires prior written confirmation via email (tattooedeu@gmail.com). Without this, pickup is not possible; attempts are made at your own risk.

International Shipping: For countries outside the EU (e.g., Ukraine), shipping is handled via DHL/UPS with customs clearance. You are responsible for all customs procedures and fees.
Delivery Timelines:

Europe (EU/EEA): 3–10 business days from dispatch (depending on the country and carrier). Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment.

Other Regions: 5–14 business days.

Delays: Possible due to Force Majeure (weather, strikes, customs) — we are not liable for delays outside of our control. You will receive a tracking number via email once the order is shipped.
Shipping Costs:
Calculated automatically in the cart based on Package Size/Weight, Carrier Selection, and Delivery Address.

Within Estonia: from 5 EUR.

Within the EU: 10–30 EUR.

Outside the EU: 20–50 EUR+.

Shipping costs are always paid by the customer unless a specific promotion states otherwise. The total is visible before payment — no hidden fees (in compliance with the Omnibus Directive).
Insurance and Risks:

Freight Insurance: Optional and must be arranged directly with the carrier during checkout. We recommend insurance for high-value orders; if you decline, you assume all risks.

Damage/Loss: Inspect your package upon receipt! If damaged, notify the carrier immediately and contact us within 48 hours with photo/video evidence. We do not provide refunds for damage caused during transit unless it is due to our fault (e.g., defective packaging).

Liability: We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier, customs, or your actions (incorrect address, refusal of delivery). In such cases, the order is considered fulfilled upon transfer to the carrier.
