Legal Disclaimer: This Return, Refund & Warranty Policy is drafted to maximize the protection of the Seller (Tattooed OÜ) while ensuring strict compliance with EU regulations. We sell goods “as is” for professional use. The Buyer is fully responsible for the use, storage, and application of the goods. The Seller is not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of the products. Any claims are only valid if made in strict compliance with this Policy. Failure to comply with any clause results in an automatic refusal of the return, refund, or warranty claim.
1. General Return Conditions (B2C Consumers)
1.1 Consumers (individuals acting for non-commercial purposes) have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
1.2 Returns are ONLY possible for goods that:

Have not been opened, used, or damaged.

Remain in their original, sealed, and untampered packaging.

Are in perfect condition for resale.

Are accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
1.3 Business-to-Business (B2B): For entities purchasing for professional or commercial use, there is no right of return or “cooling-off” period.
2. Non-Returnable Goods (Absolute Exceptions)
In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the following goods are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable under any circumstances once the seal is broken or the product is used:

Disposable Consumables: Needles, cartridges, dermal tips, and tips.

Liquids & Pastes: Inks, pigments, PMU paints, and cleansers.

Hygiene-Sensitive Items: Any goods delivered in sealed packaging for health protection or hygiene reasons, once opened.

Electronic Components: Machines and power supplies, if they have been connected, used, or programmed.

Custom Orders: Goods made to the Buyer’s specific requirements.
3. Claims for Defects, Damage, or Non-Conformity
3.1 Timeline: Notification of a defect or damage must be sent within 48 hours of receipt (for consumers) or transfer of risk (for B2B).
3.2 Claim Requirements: To be considered, a claim must include:

A clear description of the problem.

Mandatory photo and/or video evidence (showing packaging, multiple angles, and close-ups of the defect).

The order number and invoice. Failure to provide all the above will result in automatic rejection of the claim.
3.3 Inspection: The Seller will conduct an inspection (1–3 business days). The Seller’s decision is final.
3.4 Remedy: If the defect is confirmed and was not caused by the Buyer’s actions (misuse, improper storage), the Seller shall, at its discretion, replace the item or issue a refund.
4. Return Procedure
4.1 Request: Send a request to tattooedeu@gmail.com.
4.2 Approval: The Seller will confirm or deny the return within 3 business days.
4.3 Shipping: Confirmed returns must be shipped within 7 days to the address specified by the Seller (Tallinn or Zagreb, at the Seller’s discretion).
4.4 Costs: Goods are returned at the Buyer’s expense and risk. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
5.1 Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
5.2 Bank Transfers: Refunds will be sent to the same IBAN from which the payment originated.
5.3 Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3–7 days after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
6. Warranty
6.1 For Consumers: EU statutory warranty applies (minimum 2 years). The Seller reserves the right to choose the method of remedy (repair or replacement).
6.2 For B2B (Professionals): Warranty is 1 year from the date of transfer of risk. Notification of defects must be made in writing within 14 days.
6.3 Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.

Damage from improper use, storage, or unauthorized modifications.

Repairs attempted by the customer or third parties.

Machines used without following the provided professional instructions.
6.4 Proof of Competence: The Buyer may be required to provide proof of professional installation or usage. Failure to do so voids the warranty.
7. Additional Provisions
7.1 Responsibility: The Buyer is solely responsible for the results of using the goods. The Seller is a supplier of professional tools and does not guarantee specific artistic or medical outcomes.
7.2 Custom/Programmed Orders: Once production or programming has begun, returns are impossible. Cancellation will incur a fee of 30-40% of the total amount.
7.3 Abuse: The Seller reserves the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of fraud or systematic return abuse.
7.4 VAT Number: Not applicable
